How big can my roller blinds be?
• When we order roller blinds, we often encounter some factories telling us that the size of the roller blinds is too large and needs to be made into two sets. However, the window is a whole piece of glass. If one set of roller blinds is divided into two sets, a gap will be created due to the roller blind installation bracket, affecting the appearance and sunshade needs. Therefore, we need to understand the size specifications of the roller blind raw materials, so that when building new windows, we can reserve the appropriate size to facilitate the installation of the roller blinds. This will solve this problem.
1. Width of roller blind fabric
o 2 meters (200cm): suitable for most residential or office windows.
o 2.3 meters (230cm): regular size of full blackout fabric.
o 2.5 meters (250cm): some commercial or large window designs.
2. Width:
o 3 meters (300cm) or wider: mostly customized needs, such as floor-to-ceiling windows, shop windows and other special scenes.

2. Length of the whole roll (meters per roll)
The length of the roller blind fabric refers to the total longitudinal meters of a single roll of fabric, with a common range:
3. 30 meters to 50 meters/roll: regular fabrics such as ordinary blackout fabrics and polyester blends.
4. 50 meters to 100 meters/roll: thin sun fabrics or commercial bulk purchases.
5. Customized length: some manufacturers support on-demand slitting (such as 10 meters/roll).

o
Notes:
• When purchasing, you need to choose according to the size of the window. Some fabrics can be cut or spliced (but it may affect the appearance).
• Commercial use (such as office buildings) may provide more flexible width options (such as more than 3.2 meters).
• The width of different materials (such as sun fabrics, blackout fabrics) may vary slightly. It is recommended to consult the supplier to confirm the specific parameters.
If precise data is required, providing the use scenario or material type of the curtains can further narrow the range.
Note:
• The length is affected by the weight (thickness) of the fabric. The number of meters per roll of heavy fabrics (such as full blackout fabrics) may be shorter.
• Imported fabrics may be measured by yard (such as 30 yards ≈ 27.4 meters)
